Where to park

Please note:

The Barton Center is not located in the law school building. Our street address is 1784 North Decatur Road. The North Decatur Building is connected to the law school parking deck (Gambrell Parking Deck) by a walkway. The law school is on one end of the parking deck and our building is on the opposite end.

Where to park:

Allow at least 15 minutes for parking and walking once you arrive on the Emory campus.

Emory University has several visitor parking decks and operates a shuttle that can take visitors from centrally located parking decks to locations all around campus. The visitor parking deck closest to the North Decatur Building is the Lowergate Visitor Parking deck (this is a separate deck from the Gambrell student/faculty/staff parking deck that is next to the law school). Most visitors will probably prefer to walk from this deck to the North Decatur Building or the Law School, but Cliff shuttles E route and M route are available. Emory University has a web page with visitor parking information, including parking rates.

Directions from parking deck to the Barton Child Law and Policy Center in the North Decatur Building:

To get to the North Decatur Building from the parking deck, exit on LEVEL B at the rear of the building alongside the payment booths. Exit right and cross the street at the curve. There will be several loading areas on the back side of the North Decatur Building. When you enter the back of the North Decatur Building, you are on the ground floor. The elevators will be to the left, and the stairs will be directly ahead of you. Take the elevator or stairs to the first floor. We are in Suite 100. Ring the doorbell.
